Stroller Workout & Playdate | Lake Wilderness Lodge

Join us for 3 fun and refreshing Stroller Workouts this January, designed to get our bodies moving, our minds decompressing, and our souls recharging—all while keeping the little ones happy and entertained!

What to bring: weather-appropriate clothing, a stroller, yoga mat, long exercise band (not loop), snacks, water & toys

Session Dates: Tuesdays, 10 am to 11:30 am
January 6,13 & 27th (No class on the 20th)
